In short: the site does not ask you to fill in questionnaires and keeps nothing about you. Booking goes through WhatsApp, that is, straight into a chat with Elena. Visit counters see anonymous statistics, and you can turn them off.

The site does not collect or store photos or a detailed description of your concern: you send all of that yourself, in a WhatsApp chat, where WhatsApp's own rules apply.
The only thing the site accepts directly is the "Call me back" form: your name, phone number and, if you wish, a few words about what bothers you. This data goes into Elena's booking system and is used only to call you back and book your visit. The number is not added to advertising mailings and is not passed to third parties. Ask us to delete it and we will delete the record.
What happens after you press a booking button
The "Write" button opens WhatsApp with a message already written. Whether to send it is up to you. The chat goes to Elena and is used only to book a visit, answer questions and remind you about the visit.
If you send a photo of your foot for a preliminary assessment, it is used only to answer you. It is not passed to anyone and is not published in advertising without your separate consent.
Photos of work on the site
The before-and-after photos and video reviews are published with the clients' permission. The people in them are not named and cannot be identified. If you recognise your photo and want it removed, write on WhatsApp and we will remove it the same day, no explanation needed.
Who receives the data
Data is not sold or passed to third parties, except for the services listed below, which work under their own rules:
- Google Analytics, visit statistics
- Meta Pixel, measuring how well advertising works
- Vercel, hosting of the site itself
- Sentry, finding errors on the site
- WhatsApp, chats about booking
How to opt out of statistics
- Turn on Do Not Track or private browsing in your browser.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust how ads are shown in Meta settings.
- Any ad blocker turns off both counters, and the site keeps working as usual.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your chat and the photos you sent, withdraw consent to publishing a review or a photo, and find out exactly what is stored about you. Write on WhatsApp +7 700 260 51 59, we will reply and do it.
Children
Children under 18 are seen only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who also decides on the processing of the child's data.
Changes
If the rules change, a new date will appear at the top of this document. We cannot notify you separately because we do not keep a list of visitors.
